目的 Objectives

提高公眾對大嶼山可持續發展的認識及關注，如何在經濟發展、環境保護和文化保育之間取得平衡。  

To raise the public awareness on the sustainability of Lantau Island, and the balance among economic development, environmental protection and cultural preservation.

比賽組別及資格 Groups and Eligibility

1. 公開組 Open Group

18歲或以上並持有有效香港身份證之人士

Contestants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.

2. 學生組 Student Group

持有效香港全日制的中或小學生學生證；18歲以下之參賽者須於遞交報名申請時，一併遞交簽妥的家長/監護人同意書及有效香港全日制學生證照片

Contestants must hold a valid local full-time secondary or primary student card.  Contestants under the age of 18 must seek and submit a written consent from parent or legal guardian along with the photo of valid local full-time secondary or primary student card at the time of registration form submission.

每組各設金、銀、銅及網絡人氣大獎

Gold, Silver, Bronze and Best Popularity Award will be presented in each group.

所有參加者：室內家庭相拍攝禮券$500一張（金鐘影樓，適用於家庭相/畢業相拍攝)
All participants: A $500 studio photography voucher (Valid for family portraits/graduation photos at Admiralty studio)

比賽規則及條款 Terms and Conditions

參賽者一經遞交報名表及／或遞交參賽者家長／監護人同意書予大嶼山青年商會（下文稱「主辦機構」），即表示參賽者及／或其家長或監護人已閱讀、接受及同意遵守本比賽的有關規則和條款，包括本條款、提交作品安排、作品規格要求及報名流程、以及其他主辦機構將不時修改,包括比賽期間公佈的規則及條款(統稱「規則」)。

On submitting an entry form and/or Contestant’s parent or guardian consent letter to JCI Lantau for Sustainable Lantau Photo Competition (“the event”), the Contestants and/or their parents or legal guardians are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to abide by the relevant rules of the Event, including the Terms and Conditions, Image Upload Arrangement, Image File Requirements, Enrollment Procedures and any other rules and terms which the Service Provider shall announce within the competition period (collectively as “Regulations”).

1. 參賽者不得破壞或干擾自然環境及野生生物，並須遵守《郊野公園條例》(第208章)、《野生動物保護條例》(第170章)等所有相關條例。任何干擾自然生態之行為都被禁止，包括但不限於：餵食誘拍、囚禁動物、驚擾生物等。違者將取消資格並依法追究。

Contestants are reminded not to damage or disturb the natural environment or wildlife, and to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Country Parks Ordinance (Cap. 208), the Wild Animals Protection Ordinance (Cap. 170). Any actions that disturb the natural ecosystem—including but not limited to baiting for photography, confining animals, or startling wildlife—are prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and may face legal consequences.

2. 每個參賽者最多可提交1份參賽作品。

Each contestant may submit maximum of 1 work only.

3. 參賽作品必須於大嶼山範圍內拍攝。

All photo entries must be taken in Lantau Island.

4. 拍攝器材不限，如使用無人機拍攝須符合香港民航處相關規例。

There are no restrictions on photographic equipment. If drones are used for shooting, participants must comply with the relevant regulations of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department.

5. 參賽作品必須於 過去兩年內拍攝(2024年5月15日至2026年5月15日)，期限以外拍攝的作品恕不接受。

All photo entries must be taken within the past two years (15th May2024 to 15th May 2026).

6. 所有作品一經接收，概不發還，並不可再作修改。

All entries submitted for this Competition will not be returned.

7. 參賽者需確保作品為原創和沒有侵犯第三方權益。如涉著作權糾紛，由參賽者自負法律責任。

Participants must ensure all submitted works are original and do not infringe upon any third-party rights. In the event of any copyright disputes, participants shall bear full legal responsibility.

作品規格 Format of Entries

1. 參賽作品須為數碼檔案提交。

Each contestant must submit digital files format.

2. 每作品檔案大小須為10MB或以下，至少1600個像素寬(水平相片)，或1600個像素高(垂直相片)。

All digital files must be 10 MB or smaller and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,600 pixels tall (if a vertical image).

3.參賽作品只接受少量調整光暗、對比度或色彩飽和度及相片裁剪，其他數位修圖手段，包括電腦合成或消減圖上任何物件及改變色彩，均不為接納。

 Only minor burning, dodging, color correction and/or cropping is acceptable. Any changes to the original photograph not mentioned here, including digitally adding or removing anything, and changing the color of the photograph, are unacceptable.

4. 本比賽不接受含有任何浮水印及簽名檔的參賽作品。

Watermarks are not acceptable.

5.參賽作品須附完整標題，並以劃一語言(中文或英文)、不多於150字簡介作品理念、希望帶出的訊息或拍攝原因。

Each photo entries must be submitted with a title and caption with no more than 150 words in Chinese or English.

6. 提供位置信息：提交帶有地理標記的相片或提供適當的坐標

Provide location information: Submit geotagged photos or provide appropriate coordinates.

其他事項 General
主辦單位及承辦機構有權解釋、修改及補充本比賽規則和條款而無須另行通知。主辦機構及承辦機構保留對本比賽任何爭議的最終決定權。比賽結果以評審團及主辦機構及承辦機構的決定為準，參賽者不得異議，比賽亦不設上訴機制。

The Organiser and the Service Provider will have the sole and absolute right to cancel, adjourn or change any details including the date and venue of the Competition without prior notice to any parties.

在展覽、開幕式和閉幕式等活動期間，主辦方和支持機構將為參與者拍攝照片和視頻。 主辦單位、支持機構及服務供應商有權以任何主辦單位、支持機構及服務供應商認為合適的方式將照片及影片用於任何目的，包括但不限於廣告及教育用途，而無須事先通知或同意參與者。

The Organiser and the Service Provider reserve the right to amend, delete, supplement and interpret the Regulations from time to time, and to adjudicate any dispute arising from the Competition. A decision of the Organiser and the Service Provider will be final and binding on all Contestants.

本比賽文件的所有條款及細則的中、英文版本如有任何歧義，一概以中文版本為準。

In case of any inconsistency between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

作品之知識產權 Copy Right of Photo Entries：

1. 所有參賽作品必須是參賽者的原作照片，參賽前不曾出售、出版或參與任何其他攝影比賽。

Contestants declare and warrant that the Entry are his/her/its team member’s original work. Contestants warrant and guarantee that they and their team members had not, have not and/or will not give the above license to any third party.

2. 參賽者同意，並須促使成員同意轉讓參賽作品之所有知識產權的擁有權予主辦機構、支持機構及服務供應商。主辦機構、支持機構及服務供應商可複製、使用、修飾、展示、刊登及發放所提交的作品或於任何媒體、場合作為（但不限於）宣傳或教育之用，不另致酬或另行通知。

By submitting an Entry in the Competition, Contestants have given and shall procure their members to give an irrevocable perpetual non-exclusive license to the Organiser, Supporting Organizations and the Service Provider to use, edit, modify, reproduce, publish and/or disseminate the submitted Entry for any purposes, including but not limited to advertising and educational purposes by any means that the Organiser, Supporting Organizations and the Service Provider thinks fit, without prior notice or consent to the Contestants.

3. 參賽者聲明及承諾其及其成員為參賽作品的唯一版權擁有人，並據參賽者所知沒有任何第三方會對該參賽作品有任何投訴或申索。

Contestants warrant and guarantee that they are the sole owner of all copyrights of the Entry and to the best of their knowledge that no complaint or claim shall be arisen from any third party in respect of such Entry.

4. 參賽者聲明所有作品遵守相關版權法，並不會：

a. 抵觸或違反適用法律或規則，或涉及、觸犯或違反適用法律或規則的元素，包括不限於犯罪、淫褻、不雅、誹謗、恐嚇、色情、騷擾、致他人有憎恨或不安的；

b. 侵犯或違反任何知識産權，包括但不限於由第三方持有的版權、專利權、商標、商號、商業秘密或其他財產權，不論你對該些產權是否知情；

c. 包含任何第三方的機密資料；

d. 包含未經個別人士或團體事先同意而拍攝的照片或短片；

e. 載有病毒、受感染檔案或其他有可能導致他人電腦受破壞的資

f. 宣傳或兜售資金或商品售賣或服務。

Contestants declare the Entry does not:

a. infringe or violate, or involving elements that infringe or violate applicable law and regulations, including but not limited to crimes, violence, obscenity, indecency, libel, defamation, privacy invasion, or threatening;

b. infringe or violate any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patent, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, held by any third party, regardless whether such rights are known to the Contestants;

c. contain any confidential information of any third party;

d. contain an individual or group of persons, who does not give consent to take such pictures;

e. contain viruses, corrupted files, or other materials that may cause damage to another's computer; or

f. advertise or otherwise solicits funds or sales of goods or services.

5. 如參賽作品侵犯版權或其他相關罪行包括但不限於遞交借用、轉載、複製及假冒的參賽作品等，其參賽資格將被取消。有關參賽者須自行承擔法律責任，任何法律糾紛一概與主辦機構、支持機構及服務供應商無關。

If an Entry submitted by the Contestant infringes or violates any third party’s rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and/or any legislation, law or regulation, the Organiser, , Supporting Organizations and the Service Provider will not be responsible for any consequences.

6. 若主辦機構及承辦機構因任何聲稱存在於參賽作品的權利或對其該等權利之侵犯，或因任何參賽者提交的資料，需面對任何基於合約法、侵權法或其他的申索，或接受任何主管當局調查，參賽者有責任致使主辦機構、支持機構及服務供應商免於任何因此而引起的申索及調查，並將完全彌償主辦機構、支持機構及服務供應商任何直接或間接的損失及損害、利潤損失、名譽損失及/或其他隨之發生的損失及損害等，更需賠償其導致主辦機構、支持機構及服務供應商面對該申索及調查的一切開支、費用及額外損失及損害。

When the Organiser, , Supporting Organizations and the Service Provider suffer from any claim or investigations conducted by any competent authorities, by reason of any right allegedly subsist in the Entry or infringement of the same, Contestant agrees to hold the Organiser, , Supporting Organizations and the Service Provider  harmless and to indemnify the Organiser, , Supporting Organizations and the Service Provider in full for any direct or indirect loss and damage, economic loss, loss of reputation and/or any consequential loss and damage or otherwise, together with any expenses, costs and further loss and damage suffered and incurred by the Organiser, Supporting Organizations and the Service Provider as a result of such claims and investigations.

個人資料 Personal Data：

1.參賽者同意主辦機構及協辦機構公布其姓名，並授權主辦機構及承辦機構蒐集、處理及使用其個人資料作是次比賽聯絡、宣傳及推廣之用（如核對參加者參加本活動及得獎資格、核對領獎人身份、宣布得獎名單、聯絡得獎者等）。除以上用途外，所有資料絶對保密。

The personal data provided and collected will be used by the Organiser and the Service Provider for one or more of the following purposes: For creation, processing and maintenance of the Contestants’ enrollment records, the administration and monitoring of the Competition, publication, printing, exhibition, display, promotion, issue or other purposes as the Organiser and the Service Provider deem appropriate in connection with the Entry submitted by the Contestant for the Competition.

2. 根據個人資料（私隱）條例第18及22條以及附表1第6項原則的規定，參賽者有權查閱及改正有關個人資料。

Contestants have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data under sections 18 and 22 and principle 6, schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486).

取消資格 Disqualification：

對有下述情況的申請或參賽者，主辦機構及承辦機構保留其獨有及絕對酌情權以取消其參賽資格或拒絕接受其報名申請

The Organiser and the Service Provider reserve the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify or exclude any person from the Competition who:

1. 在報名或比賽中提供不正確或不完整的個人資料

gives incorrect or incomplete personal information during enrollment and/or in the Competition;

2. 違反規定和條款和條件

breaches the Regulations and Terms and Conditions;

3. 從事任何非法或其他不當不當行為，或組織者和服務提供商有理由相信已犯有上述任何行為。

engages in any unlawful or other improper misconduct or the Organiser and the Service Provider reasonably believe to have committed any of the above.
